Michelle Casey
Michelle Casey is Senior Manager of Customer Success Strategic Services at Paytronix Systems, an Access Group company, where she has spent more than a decade helping national restaurant chains design and launch guest engagement and loyalty programs. She specializes in turning loyalty program data into customer experiences, working cross-functionally with Paytronix's analytics, product, and support teams to bridge the gap between the people who can access program data and the people who need to act on it. Michelle has led loyalty communications and customer journey design for major accounts, including managing the launch and ongoing optimization of Jimmy John's bankable points loyalty program. She mentors newer strategists, builds repeatable processes for account management, and speaks publicly on how loyalty is evolving from a standalone rewards program into an experiential, predictive, and omnipresent part of the guest experience, a topic she has presented on at Paytronix's PX|NXT client conference and guest-lectured on at Tufts University. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Penn State University and brings a design and technical background, including web development experience, to her loyalty strategy work.
