We have been tracking consumers’ restaurant ordering habits since September 2020, and consumers’ interest in digital ordering features has not wavered between then and now. What can their continued enthusiasm for ordering online reveal about how restaurants might best engage with customers going forward?
- 47% of restaurant guests use at least one loyalty program.
- 57% percent of consumers who already use at least one restaurant’s loyalty program would spend more on food orders from other restaurants if the latter offered loyalty programs as well.
