This Policy explains when and why we collect personal information about people who use our Merchant websites (also referred to as Merchant Portal ), how we use that information, the conditions under which we may disclose that information to others and how we secure that information.
Paytronix provides services on behalf of and under the direction of businesses as a service provider. As such, Personal Information of guest is governed by the Privacy Policy of those businesses and not Paytronix.

Paytronix Systems, Inc., is a business to business company that provides gift, loyalty programs and ordering and delivery services to the restaurants and convenience store industries. We process the transactions for those programs as a service provider on behalf of these businesses.

We obtain information about you when you use our website or engage with email through mechanisms including cookies, interactive forms, link tracking, blog comments, and job postings.
Your browser or device: Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, and browser click-through and usage data.
Cookies: Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer that you are using. Our websites, online advertisements, and emails use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to automatically collect information about your interactions, such as browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, and other actions you take in connection with our websites, online ads, and email. IP Address: Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you access our websites, along with the time of the visit and the pages that were visited. Your IP address may also indicate your approximate physical location. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other technologies. We use IP addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels and diagnosing networking, server and software problems and for tracking and detecting fraudulent behavior.
Do-Not-Track: While some browsers and devices provide a “Do Not Track” we, like many others do not honor those browser and devices requests.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. If you utilize our interactive forms, we might also collect information on the company you work for, your title, the type of POS system you use, and other information you may volunteer.

Who has access to your information?
Paytronix and the users from your employer that have administrator access on our Merchant Portal have access to your information.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties and do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We pass your information to third-party service providers, subcontractors and other associated organizations working on our behalf for purpose of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. When we use third-party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. We will not release your information to third parties beyond the Paytronix Network for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganization, or if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our supporters and customers. How does Paytronix protect kids' privacy?
Paytronix is concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the Internet. We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information online from anyone under the age of 16 without prior verifiable parental consent. Our Merchant websites are developed for business-to-business purposes and not targeted to or intended for use by children. If you are under the age of 16‚ please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide us with personal information.

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83–1798.84 California residents may request the names and addresses of affiliated companies and categories of Personal Information we share for their direct marketing purposes.
