Taking Upsell Opportunities to the Next Level with AI Cross Sell
Formally known as Intelligent Recommendations, we’ve since upgraded the tool and it’s capabilities, significantly simplifying the implementation and maintenance processes while increasing the opportunities for customer cross sell.
With Cross Sell, brands can send opted-in customers offers that will increase basket size. Our data shows that guests are more likely to accept an AI cross sell offer than a generic cross sell that was set by a merchant. Now, brands can save significant time on ongoing maintenance and rest assured their customers are receiving relevant offers.
AI Cross Sell is now available to all brands with Online Ordering, with Enterprise Menu and Cataloguing available.
Personalize your stores on an individual basis within the Paytronix Dashboard
Keep your guests up to date by updating your storefront information pages in real time. If your business locations vary in looks, operations, or services your guests need to know.
To accommodate this, we’ve made Store Information Pages within your app now fully customizable. This gives you the ability to change key information like hours of service, contact information, menu, photos, and more on a per store basis.
If you haven’t already, you can start updating your store pages right now by making sure your app is updated to the latest version, and then accessing the “Stores” page.
Making Sure Your Data is Yours with Marketplace Conversion
A third-party delivery app is an outsource for your delivery operations, but not your data. Our Marketplace Conversion for Online Ordering allows you to stay competitive in the third-party marketplace, without losing valuable guest data. This new feature places a QR code on third-party receipts, enabling the guest to scan into and register for your brand loyalty program seamlessly.
Now part of your network, guests can save on marketplace fees by ordering directly from you, while you have the benefit of owning the relationship and data which can be used to drive guest engagement through personalized messages and discounts. The Marketplace Conversion for Online Ordering tool is now available to all Paytronix customers with Online Ordering, Marketplace Management and Loyalty.
A Tweak to Marketable Filters, Saving You Immeasurable Time
In the past, some clients have had difficulty distributing personalized rewards to guests with “EITHER” / “OR” account notification settings.
We heard you. Now, we’ve updated the Marketable Status Account Filter on the platform, enabling you to properly direct your rewards to guests who have opted into any arrangement of notifications without the extra step of having to craft multiple campaigns. Simply, this means regardless of whether guests want multiple notifications from you or just one, they are guaranteed to receive the campaign based on their preferences.
