Mark Foulds is the Vice President of Digital Marketing & Consumer Engagement at Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, where he leads the brand’s digital transformation, loyalty program initiatives, and guest engagement strategies. With a career spanning brand marketing, strategic planning, and digital innovation, Mark has played a key role in enhancing Walk-On’s brand positioning, off-premise capabilities, media strategy and guest experience.
Prior to his current role, Mark held leadership positions in digital marketing, loyalty, eCommerce, and consumer research, helping drive Walk-On’s evolution with new brand initiatives, leading-edge digital solutions, and data-driven customer insights. His expertise in digital strategy, building integrated digital experiences and cross-functional leadership has positioned Walk-On’s to enhance guest frequency and lifetime value.
Throughout his career, Mark has held key executive roles with prominent organizations, such as Dunkin’ and Inspire Brands. With over 15 yrs hospitality industry experience leading international digital transformation for such brands as Dunkin’, Baskin’ Robins, Jimmy John’s, Arby’s and Buffalo Wild Wings, Mark has a deep understanding of loyalty marketing, industry trends and how to leverage data and insights to build impactful loyalty programs that enhance guest experience and drive restaurant revenue.
When Mark is not shaping the future of restaurant digital marketing, in his spare time he enjoys being with his wife and their two sons and cheering on his favorite sports teams, especially his boys on the soccer pitch.
Kim Jensen-Pitts

As Chief Marketing Officer of Cowboy Chicken, Kim Jensen-Pitts is responsible for all brand development and marketing activities, including positioning, creative development, media buying, field implementation, public relations, pricing and analysis. She has more than 25 years of restaurant-marketing experience and prior to working with Cowboy Chicken, she worked with a number of national and local restaurant brands. Kim attended Illinois State University where she studied Communications and Marketing.
Missy West
Brewniversity Manager, Taco Mac
Missy West is the Brewniversity Manager at Taco Mac, where she leads one of the Southeast’s most distinctive restaurant loyalty programs. She oversees the full guest journey, from enrollment and milestone tracking to rewards fulfillment, merchandise strategy, and curated travel experiences for top-tier members. With over 20 years in hospitality and a background in operations, training, and brand engagement, Missy has been instrumental in modernizing Brewniversity through digital enhancements and a comprehensive rewards revamp.
Prior to her current role, Missy spent several years on Taco Mac’s Training and Development team, where she helped design and implement the company’s learning management system. She supported brand expansion efforts, including new restaurant openings, developed training content, contributed to MIT programs, team development, and the coaching of emerging leaders. In her current role, she partners closely with the Beverage and Marketing teams to drive beer education and guest engagement, leveraging data insights and cross-functional collaboration to turn strategy into action.
A Cicerone Certified beer professional, Missy brings both industry expertise and a guest-first mindset to every initiative. Outside of work, she is an outdoor enthusiast and avid cyclist. She proudly represents the Taco Mac Cycling Team and designs their custom kits for the annual Spin for Kids fundraiser benefiting Camp Twin Lakes.

Andrew is a global co-leader of the restaurant, hospitality, and travel practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in driving value creation programs and top-line growth strategies. His clients include multi-unit operators and consumer services companies across restaurants, hospitality, gaming, and consumer healthcare.
He specializes in leading commercial, operational and EBITDA improvement programs across a wide range of functional areas, including growth strategy, pricing, procurement cost reduction, labor optimization, and organizational transformation. Prior to AlixPartners, he was a director at an investment banking group focusing on consumer, food, and retail industries.
TJ Wommack
Partner & Managing Director, Alix Partners
TJ has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience in the delivery of large-scale transformation programs in areas of strategy and growth, cost reduction, operational efficiencies, and highly complex program management.
He has deep experience within the broad hospitality space (e.g., restaurant, hotel, gaming, travel) and consumer products area with a special focus on food and packaging businesses. Clients benefit from his ability to lead from experience in a diverse set of business situations for mid-scale and large corporations as well as with private equity partners.

Lee leads the Strategy & Analytics team as Chief Data Officer and is also Chief of Staff at Paytronix. He's also a self-confessed data geek that can often be found digging into the data with his team. Lee's undergraduate degree in Mathematics and MBA from Harvard Business School gives him the rare ability to both execute complex analyses and translate the results into ideas that business leaders can use.

Calling on his 30 years of industry leadership, Charles leads teams specializing in global sales, strategic alliances, and channel strategy.

She has her MBA from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
