    2:45 p.m. – Joel and Jane's high-energy interactive session will put you in the guests' shoes to explore how you can create a relevant, omnichannel, seamlessly integrated guest experience. You'll walk away with at least one game-changing idea and some embarrassing stories about the speakers.

  • Platform Deep Dive

What is PXUX?

PXUX is an annual conference geared toward anyone who uses Paytronix. Hosted by Paytronix, the event is a gathering of people who are focused on guest engagement, brand growth, and customer retention. Whether you are involved in IT, finance, operations, or marketing, you will learn a thing or two from this unique group of people who will share ideas you can put to use right away.

Where will PXUX 2018 take place?

The conference is being held at the Hotel Commonwealth in Boston's Kenmore Square.

When is PXUX happening? 

Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 12. Sessions will span two days beginning on September 12 at 7:00 a.m. and ending on September 13 at 5:00 a.m. Please see the agenda above. The start and stop times for both days will not change. It’s safe to book your flights based on the current agenda.

Can I attend one day rather than both days?

You are welcome to enjoy one or two days of the meeting. Standard full conference fees will apply.

Are there special hotel rates?

There are a limited number of rooms being held for the event. Rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis, so please book early. You'll receive a link to the room reservation page after you submit your registration information above.

Are meals included in the registration fee?

Yes. On Wednesday, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks will be available. On Thursday, it's breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

 

We will accommodate dietary restrictions. Please indicate your preferences when you speak with a Paytronix representative during the registration process.

How do I register for the event?

Begin the registration process by completing the form above. A Paytronix representative will call you to gather more information, including details on payment, food allergies, and other matters, in order to help us make your experience exceptional.

 

If you are registering multiple people from the same brand, please put the additional names and contact information in the comments section.

 

After talking with a Paytronix representative, you will receive a confirmation email. Please book your hotel as soon as possible. The number of rooms we have reserved is limited.

How do I get to PXUX?

Traveling by Air:
Fly to Boston Logan International Airport.
Transportation from Logan is a breeze! You can take a 20-minute taxi ride or Uber to the hotel.

 

Traveling by MBTA:
Take the MBTA Green Line to Kenmore. The Hotel Commonwealth is about 300 feet away on Commonwealth Avenue.

 

Traveling by car:
The hotel offers valet parking and there are several parking facilities nearby. Parking is not included in the registration fee.
