Discover what’s new from Paytronix Q2 2025 - Loyalty & Mobile
Now we’re beyond the halfway point into the new year, we at Paytronix wanted to take this moment to recap not just some of the product highlights from the past three months, but also from the first six months of the year!
Between January 1st and June 30th, our product team drafted nearly 30 iterations of release notes. Each entry ranges from debuting new products and features, to outlining bugfixes or small changes to the platform. We made it a priority to revamp the release notes and how information is shared. Each entry includes details of the changes and how they impact you!
Not every update in these notes makes it to our quarterly wrap up, so if you haven’t already, please take a look and sign up to receive the latest updates and changes!
Rewards Hub: Self Service Loyalty Management
Rewards Hub puts operators fully in control of their loyalty program, no support tickets or technical expertise required. Built into Evo, it lets teams launch, edit, and manage rewards in real time, adjust point values and earning ratios instantly, and update wallets on the fly, all through an intuitive modern UI.
The aim of Rewards Hub is to dramatically reduce time to market and allow teams to act on opportunities the moment they arise, instead of waiting days or weeks for changes to go live. By removing IT and support dependencies, Rewards Hub gives operators the agility to test, learn, and optimize continuously, with real-time visibility into program performance including active members, visit frequency, spend patterns, and transaction values. The result is higher guest engagement, faster iteration, and stronger loyalty performance.
Today, teams have full self-service control over their rewards catalog and wallets, can adjust program rules in real time, and have real-time visibility into program performance. The Rewards Hub is LIVE.
Coming soon: Layered programs for targeted promotional moments, tier
management for segmentation and testing, and multiple POS support. AI-suggested programs based on business goals are on the roadmap.

Messaging: Smarter Campaigns, Streamlined Execution
The Messaging Module gives marketing teams everything they need to plan, launch, and learn from campaigns in one place, inside Evo alongside Rewards Hub. Sophisticated marketing without the support tickets, the rebuilds from scratch, or the exports to figure out what's working.
For too long, sophisticated marketing has meant complicated marketing. The Messaging Module changes that by putting the full marketing motion in one place: campaigns built and duplicated in minutes, every send visible on a single calendar, performance surfaced as it happens. Marketing teams move at the speed they actually need to, and leadership finally gets a clear picture of what messaging is delivering.
For brands on Advanced Messaging, the experience goes further still. A reimagined Journey Builder, now embedded directly in Evo, lets teams design multi-step guest experiences visually, with journey-level reporting that shows exactly where each path is paying off. The Messaging Module is in Early Access today, with general availability coming this August.
Coming this summer: Split Testing, Message Library, and Test Send. Further out, dynamic content, social media integration, and AI-powered campaign generation will continue raising the ceiling on what marketing teams can do without leaving the platform.

Guest Intelligence Platform: Know every guest
You can't engage guests you can't see. Today, up to 80% of guests are invisible to operators. The Guest Intelligence Platform changes that, creating one unified profile per guest across loyalty, online ordering, mobile app, and beyond.
Purpose-built for hospitality, GIP turns scattered data into a single trustworthy view of who your most valuable guests really are, including the ones who never enrolled in loyalty. Operators see the full picture instead of fragments, segment beyond loyalty members, and act on signals they couldn't see before. Built into Evo alongside Rewards Hub and the Messaging Module, GIP makes the platform behave as one connected system.
Our initial release will provide several basic features, with future releases focused on AI‑powered recommendations, automated decision‑making, sentiment surfaced directly in guest profiles, and proactive identification of lapsing.
Phase 1 launches this summer, with more integrations and AI-powered capabilities to follow.
C-Store: Comply faster. Enroll easier. Earn more.
For too long, c-store operators have had to piece loyalty together across multiple vendors: one tool for compliance, another for fuel, another for enrollment. Paytronix is closing those gaps, with new capabilities live across compliance and enrollment.
Enroll at POS is now live on Commander and Passport, moving sign-up directly into the POS flow and removing counter card friction. Radiant support is coming next. On the compliance side, c-store brands now have tools that reduce the manual burden of tobacco compliance, with more compliance capabilities arriving this summer. More c-store enhancements are in flight, including additional fuel-and-loyalty work currently in testing.

Mobile Experience Builder: More Control, More Personalization
Mobile is where brand and the guest meet most often. Our upgrades aim make it easier to deliver timely, relevant, and visually compelling experiences without developers or app store delays.
Mobile continues to evolve into a fully self‑service engagement channel. Enhancements will include expanded Mobile Experience Builder controls, time‑based content scheduling, customizable point trackers, secondary ad placements, and richer in‑app promotion management and native 21+ content handling.
Looking ahead, mobile analytics will connect directly into Guest Intelligence, while deeper ordering integrations and store‑level customization give brands even more control over the app experience.

Online Ordering & Kiosks: Mobile Experience Builder: One unified ordering ecosystem
Disconnected ordering channels create fragmented experiences and missed revenue. A unified ecosystem ensures every order strengthens the guest relationship and feeds richer intelligence back into marketing and loyalty.
Paytronix Online Ordering and Kiosks continue to converge into a single, intelligent ordering experience across web, mobile, and in-store. With AI-powered cross-sells, shared guest profiles, and a common data layer, operators can grow basket size, improve efficiency, and deliver consistent experiences wherever guests choose to order.
More is on the way, including Pay at Table coverage and deeper Guest Intelligence integration that brings every ordering moment into one guest view.
