Paytronix Order & Delivery Helps KC Hopps Transform

Paytronix Systems, Inc. announced that restaurant group KC Hopps is using Paytronix Order & Delivery to open two takeout-only stores called Stroud’s Express.

These restaurants have been so successful that Paytronix awarded KC Hopps one of its 2021 Paytronix Loyaltees Awards.

When COVID shut down indoor dining, KC Hopps used Paytronix Order & Delivery to start Stroud’s Express.

An offshoot of the original Stroud’s, the Express locations offer the traditional Stroud's favorites but only with carryout and delivery.

Since opening in late 2020, the new concept has taken off. The success of that location led KC Hopps to open a second Stroud's Express.

KC Hopps already used Paytronix for loyalty programs. It was planning to roll out Paytronix Order & Delivery in 2020.

The pandemic sped things up. The brand launched a KC Hopps mobile app for:

• Curbside pickup

• Third-party delivery

• Online ordering

“Within a month and a half, we had Paytronix Order & Delivery up and running company-wide,” said Bethany Neal, VP of Sales, Marketing & Technology.

“The Paytronix Order & Delivery team was great with the integration. It’s a user-friendly product and it gave us something exciting to talk to our guests about in a really hard year for our industry.”

Guests can earn points and cash them in using online ordering.

The app also enhances the in-store experience. Guests use it for: 

• Digital menus 

• Contactless ordering 

• Pay-at-the-table services 

The 2021 Paytronix Loyaltees Awards celebrate the brands who use our services. The awards recognize those restaurants and c-stores that are using the Paytronix platform.
