Findings include:

  • Sales through digital ordering grew 3x.
  • Most online ordering was done by people who had never been to the store before. 
  • 110,000 closed during the pandemic. The ones that didn't got more guests. 
  • People who use delivery spend 10% more. 
  • Brand value means more than food quality.
