With the novel coronavirus still rampant, the holidays will be unlike any in recent memory. One of the biggest impacts in the retail industry will be felt on Black Friday.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has encouraged shoppers to stick to online shopping this year, and industry leaders are already making changes to their holiday specials: Amazon will hold its annual Prime Day deals on Oct. 13 and 14, the same days Target will be offering its own Deal Days. Meanwhile, other retailers are offering Black Friday deals all season long, beginning in November.

How can restaurants prepare for this elongated – and unusual – holiday shopping season? How can the hospitality industry capitalize on a year that could see more gift card sales than ever before?

In this webinar, you'll find information on:

  • Retaining sales by competing with aggregators like Grubhub and Uber Eats
  • Leveraging third-party sales for maximum impact
  • Modern twists on the traditional gift card
