We've helped many customers switch their gift card programs. We have created a simple process that transitions the card data seemlessly without any impact to your guests. Here are the simple steps we’ll lead you through to get a terrific gift card program up and running with Paytronix.
1 Assess
Review existing card numbering sequences to determine what data will need to be gathered from previous provider.

Review your hardware and POS software systems, to ensure that all restaurant POS systems have all required hardware/software. Determine if updates will need to be made.

Order your cards. Provide card art to Paytronix, and we will take care of the rest.
2 Configure
Create a completely configured restaurant either in your lab on in the Paytronix Test lab.

Confirm that all settings and program elements (e.g., button names and placement) are working as planned.

Decide how you want to promote the program on your website and in your restaurants or stores. We'll configure a guest website for your customers to register and check account balances.
3 Practice
Run through all steps needed to complete the switch. Take sample card data, and upload it into our test system to ensure 100% accuracy.

Validate that all is correct and plan for the deployment.
4 Deploy and Train
Distribute software to all store locations, ensuring that all program elements and settings match what is required.

Train restuarant staff on the use of the Paytronix POS buttons. Teach corporate staff about the back-end reporting system and customer service interface.
5 Switch!
Upload your latest card data early in the morning. Switch POS buttons to new Paytronix Gift Card buttons (and de-activate or hide the old provider's buttons). Guests will not experience any interruption in service, the cards they are holding will continue to work just as they had prior to the switch.

It's easy!   It's fast!   It works!
